Swap out the cupids, hearts, and chocolate candies for a night of good old-fashioned connection. Join Yoga with Elyza and Jason Williams (Charm City PT) as they share some of their favorite practices to reconnect to the "love frequency" that is all around, but can be so hard to tune into this time of year.

This two hour practice will weave together the practices of yoga, reiki, meditation, pranayama, essential oils, and journaling. You will leave remembering all of the easy ways to channel love in your own life, and that at your essence, you ARE love.
